THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their first child in July, Clarence House confirmed this morning. A statement also stated that the mother-to-be is back in good health, after suffering from acute morning sickness in December – which saw her spend a three-night stay in the Edward VII hospital in London.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July. The Duchess’s condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month,” the statement read.
St James’ Palace announced news of the Duchess’ pregnancy on December 3, after months of speculation. The baby will take the title of either Prince or Princess.
